Warm, personal care that feels like home
Blue Rock Care provides person-centred support for children and adults with disabilities, including those experiencing dysregulated behaviour, across supported living, residential care and respite care. Every plan is built around the individual — never one-size-fits-all.
Excellence in care, built on trust
Blue Rock Care provides expert support for children and adults with disabilities, including those experiencing dysregulated behaviour. Our services are grounded in dignity, safety, inclusion and wellbeing. We understand that dysregulated behaviour is often a sign of unmet needs or communication difficulties, not deliberate misconduct, and we respond with person-centred, evidence-based support. Our aim is to create a safe, stable and nurturing environment that supports recovery, development and empowerment within our residential settings.
We're committed to setting a high standard across Supported Living, Residential Care and Psychiatric Intensive Care throughout Slough and the surrounding area. Our experienced team builds personalised care plans for every client, ensuring attentive support tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Compassionate care you can trust
At Blue Rock Care, we're committed to a high standard of residential care. Our experienced team builds personalised care plans around each resident, so every person receives attentive, tailored support that respects who they are.
Person-centred & respectful
We build care around each resident's preferences, history and daily rhythms, so every decision starts with what matters most to them.
Calm & consistent
Familiar routines and a settled, predictable environment help reduce anxiety and support emotional regulation.
Attentive & proactive
Our team gets to know each resident well enough to notice small changes early, and respond before they become bigger concerns.
Collaborative & holistic
We work closely with families, GPs and other professionals, so physical health, emotional wellbeing and social connection are all looked after together.
Professional & compassionate
Every member of our team is trained, empathetic, and committed to learning — because good care never stops improving.
Blue Rock Care is dedicated to person-centred, dignified care that helps every resident feel safe, valued and at home.
Care and support, tailored to you
Every client's needs are different, so our care plans are built around the individual — not the other way around.

Can't find what you're looking for? Get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
What kind of support do you provide?
We support children and adults with disabilities, including those experiencing dysregulated behaviour, across Supported Living, Residential Care, Psychiatric Intensive Care and Respite Care. Get in touch to talk through what would suit your situation.
How do you handle dysregulated or challenging behaviour?
We use person-centred, evidence-based approaches such as Positive Behaviour Support. We look for the underlying need or communication barrier behind a behaviour, rather than responding to it as misconduct.

Do you offer short-term or respite stays?
Yes — our respite care option offers short-stay support that maintains routines and medication schedules, giving primary carers a break with peace of mind.
How do I refer someone or get started?
